Managed Services
Through our Consulting, Hardware, Software and Web Services, Southeast Computer Group manages IT infrastructure for you. This infrastructure includes both hardware and software, including servers, workstations, notebooks, and pda's. We manage wireless and wired networks, file and print servers, email servers, software licensing, information security, firewalls, anti-virus, employee use policies, web hosting and more. In many cases, our clients have chosen to outsource all of their infrastructure needs to Southeast Computer Group. We select the appropriate hardware and software solution and then install and maintain that solution for our clients. This maintenance includes both physical on-site repair when needed as well as remote monitoring, patch management, application updates, data security, backup systems and disaster planning and recovery.
